We began working with Peak Mgmt. Consultants because we needed to create a niche workforce development system in an area unfamiliar to the film industry.  This scenario was challenging on two fronts. First, defining the program: curriculum, instructors, and marketing, all of which had to be created from scratch.  Second, placing graduates with a predictable career path (i.e. a job) in an unfamiliar environment with confidence.  

 

Out of the gate Carmela Pinzone outperformed any possible expectation. With limited information, she addressed our structure, needs, and outcomes.  She put together a timeline with deliverable results within days of coming aboard. Her plan has proved invaluable.  We were able to see the gaps in our structure and assign task deadlines to specific individuals.  This shift has promoted excitement about the work at hand and a sense of accomplishment among the team.
